Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a full-time Client Relations and Sales Specialist. Our company is based in Melbourne and operates nationwide across Australia, with plans to expand to New Zealand next year. This is an exciting opportunity for a long-term role, with a one-year contract offered upon successful completion of the training period. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to follow up on leads, provide quotations, and secure bookings. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Use our in-house CRM system to manage customer interactions and coordinate job assignments to service providers. Contribute to closing contracts and achieving sales targets, with a goal of securing contracts daily. Qualifications: Strong communication and sales skills, with a background in project management or sales preferred. Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus. Ability to follow up on leads and bookings efficiently. Willingness to commit to a full-time role of at least 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. Availability to work exclusively with us during the contract period. Compensation: Training rate: $3 per hour for the first month. After the training period, the hourly rate will increase, and you will also earn commissions on each booking and a $100 reward for each closed contract.
