I’m looking for a pianist to add piano parts to 4 classic jazz tunes I'm recording covers of: -The Charleston -Sugarfoot Stomp -Down by the Riverside -Twelfth Street Rag What I need: Simple voicings without heavy extensions. Busy/embellished is fine (Fats Waller and Art Tatum are fine references in terms of simple voicings, no crazy extensions), just keep the harmonies straightforward. Should sound fun and authentic, with a live feel rather than polished or over-produced. As long as there are no big mistakes in the recording, a live sounding recording is fine as long as sonic quality is good. Lower budget project, so it’s best suited to players who already know these songs/styles. Deadline: Saturday midday. (So only suitable if you know those 4 songs and can do it quickly so it isn't something you have to put lots of time into) I'll send a click track and recording of each to play along with/add piano to - I can't supply sheet music etc...
