The Role
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the IT Support Lead position is a busy and challenging role. It is responsible for maintaining and updating databases, providing support to a vast range of users, and managing vendors and technical resolution. You will be the first point of contact when an issue is not resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the IT Support leader and escalation point.
- Provide technical resolution, troubleshooting, and fault finding across a range of customised and off-the-shelf applications.
- Manage systems integration and testing.
- Analyse and refine information flows and data requirements.
- Delegate tasks and share work equally among team members.
- Ensure open tasks are completed in a timely manner, recording and monitoring requests, tasks, and projects against deadlines.
- Generate various reports from different systems as needed.
- Participate in all personal and team development opportunities, and manage report writing and documentation.
