About the Role
V9 Solutions is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to support enterprise clients by analysing business requirements, improving systems and workflows, and assisting in the delivery of technology-driven solutions. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into functional and technical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to gather data and reporting requirements to design and deliver insightful and actionable visualisation solutions and document business and system requirements
• Act as an SME in selecting and implementing relevant data and business modelling converting then into user stories, and technical documentation
• Support design, development, testing, deployment, and optimisation of applications and systems
• Act as a trusted intermediary between business and technology teams
• Lead end to end implementation projects
• Support UAT, solve problems, and keep things moving
• Deliver and develop fundamental principles and techniques required for modern databases
• Coordinate with developers, vendors, and project teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Manage and track system changes, enhancements, and incidents using Jira and ServiceNow
• Facilitate sprint planning, project status meetings, and issue management sessions
• Provide user guidance, documentation, and training where required
• Monitor application performance, security controls, and system workflows
• Elicit, analyse, and document data visualization techniques and methods using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable artefacts for delivery team
• Assist in developing IT policies, procedures, standards, and compliance controls
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvements
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors to analyse complex business processes and recommend effective technical solutions
Key Selection Criteria

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within IT or Financial services
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate proactively and independently in a contract environment
• Experience producing high-quality BA artefacts (requirements, user stories, process maps)
• Well-developed SQL skills, with proven experience writing queries in cloud data warehouses like AZURE
• Comfortable working across both business and technology stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Well Verse with Advance Microsoft Excel
Skills & Experience Required
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Clear and concise stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and sprint-based delivery
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
