C D and B A Natale Pty Ltd (trading as Sunvale Produce) is a horticulture company based in Tol Tol Victoria that supplies avocados and table grapes to national supermarkets. C D and B A Natale Pty Ltd is seeking a full time qualified Irrigationist Assistant.
The salary offered is $76,515 per annum plus superannuation.
Job duties and responsibilities include assisting the Irrigationist/Farm Manager in:
• Determining hydraulic parameters for an irrigation system.
• Implementing and irrigation-related program.
• Scheduling irrigations.
• Selecting and managing pumping systems for irrigation.
• Interpreting and applying irrigation designs.
• Supervising irrigation system installations.
• Supervising irrigation maintenance.
The applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• AQF Certificate II in horticulture, agriculture or in a related field (preferred).
• Ability to operate wide range of farm and plant machinery including tractors and pump.
• Knowledge and experience in agricultural production principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised or as a part of a team.
