About

We’re looking for a reliable assistant to manage stock levels and supplier orders for our caravan manufacturing business. This role involves both tracking usage and handling the ordering process. Responsibilities: • Read product specification sheets and calculate stock usage • Track perishable products and forecast future needs • Create and manage purchase orders • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, and deliveries • Keep records updated in Xero, Monday.com, or spreadsheets • Provide weekly stock reports Requirements: • Experience with inventory management and purchasing • Strong with numbers and detail-oriented • Able to interpret spec sheets and do accurate usage calculations • Background in manufacturing, trades, or similar industries is highly regarded • Good communication skills and proactive approach Details: • Remote, ongoing role • 5–10 hours per week to start • Flexible hours, must be consistent and reliable
