Hi! We are looking for a short consultation (budget: $10) from someone who clearly understands inventory systems, CRM platforms, and purchase order workflows for Shopify-based dropshipping businesses. We are currently running a Shopify store with multiple suppliers, and we need advice on choosing the right CRM + Inventory + Purchase Order system that can support our setup. Our key requirements: Our suppliers provide SKU-level single units, but in reality they only sell to us in full box quantities (e.g., Box of 6, Box of 24). We need a system that allows bundling or automatic conversion (e.g., when we sell 1 box of 6 on Shopify, the system must deduct 6 units from inventory). The CRM must allow us to issue purchase orders, manage suppliers, and keep track of incoming stock. The system must support API connections so we can pull real-time or periodic stock updates from different suppliers. Australian suppliers all use different systems, so we need something flexible and scalable. Ideally, the system should scale internationally as well (UK, USA, etc.). We are considering options like Zoho Inventory, Cin7, or potentially a Shopify App solution, but we need expert guidance on what is best. We also like Zoho because it supports bank payment matching (reconciling payments with purchase orders), which helps avoid errors. We need someone who truly understands inventory, multi-supplier stock flows, dropshipping logic, Shopify integrations, CRM platforms, and purchase order management systems.
