Position Overview

VRMH Spice Co Foods Pty Ltd, trading as Bikanervala, is preparing for the launch of its first Australian franchise restaurant. We are seeking an experienced International Franchisee Operations & Setup Specialist to provide short-term, highly specialized operational and franchise setup support during the establishment and opening phase of the Bikanervala’s brand restaurant.

Purpose of the Role

The International Franchisee Operations & Setup Specialist will support the Australian franchisee during the critical pre-opening and early post-opening phase by establishing Bikanervala India (Bikanervala Pty Ltd) operational systems, supporting opening readiness, transferring franchisor Bikanervala India (Bikanervala Pty Ltd)) knowledge, assisting in Bikanervala approved local Australian supplier onboarding, and ensuring a smooth handover to local management.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise operations and setup aligned with Bikanervala India (Bikanervala Pty Ltd) official global standards
Brand’s operational systems, SOPs, POS and approved supplier onboarding
Training and knowledge transfer to Australian staff of Bikanervala India (Bikanervala Pty Ltd), SOP, Policies and procedures
Opening and post-opening operational support to franchisee’s management.
Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

5+ years’ recent experience of working with Bikanervala in international restaurant operations or franchise setup
Min 3+ years’ experience supporting new Bikanervala brand restaurant openings in or outside India
Strong SOP and operational systems knowledge of Bikanervala’s brand

Fixed-term 3 months
Project-based, non-ongoing role
Full handover to Australian management at completion
