Bayliss Electrical Group is seeking an experienced eLearning designer / instructional designer to develop a professional, engaging, and interactive online induction program for both new and current employees. The goal is to familiarise our team with company processes, systems, and culture in a way that is clear, easy to follow, and engaging. Scope of Work: The induction should cover: Systems & Processes: Submitting and approving timesheets (Xero) Using AroFlo daily, including schedules and job management Booking in/out tools & equipment (Cheqroom) Workplace Requirements: PPE and uniform standards (long blue pants, long sleeve company shirts, company jackets only, gloves carried at all times, etc.) HR, Attitude & Culture: Working collaboratively with colleagues Punctuality and attendance expectations Positive workplace culture and attitude Requirements: Build the induction as an interactive online module (SCORM, LMS-ready, or similar) that employees can complete independently. Include quizzes or checkpoints to ensure understanding. Visually engaging and aligned with our branding (we will provide logos and brand colours). Ability to update and edit content in future (hand-over of source files). Ideal Freelancer: Proven experience in creating online training, employee induction, or eLearning modules. Familiarity with workplace compliance, HR, and process training. Strong instructional design skills with a creative, practical approach.
