The Solutions Specialist will drive commercial outcomes by building strong client relationships, delivering high-quality workflow expertise, and maximising deployment of FactSet’s front- and middle-office solutions. The primary focus of this role is deepening adoption across existing accounts; identifying where growth exists, strengthening user engagement, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of workflow support. Successful deployment and commercial outcomes require close partnership across FactSet teams to uncover new opportunities and deliver a consistent, client-centric experience. This role reflects FactSet’s conviction in approaching clients with a strong understanding of their operating models, investment processes, and organisational priorities. The Solutions Specialist will work closely with commercial and technical partners to establish plans and strategies that maximise Annual Subscription Value (ASV) across assigned accounts, with a strong focus on workflow adoption, client satisfaction, and long-term retention. The role requires an enterprise mindset, thoughtful engagement with senior stakeholders, and the ability to articulate FactSet’s value across the full investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with generalist sales and other specialists to generate sales leads for middle office products. Product Specialists will be expected to facilitate both retention and expansion within their assigned clients. Maintain a high level of sales activities, tracking sales efforts and client intelligence in Salesforce. Develop expertise in front and middle office workflows, including Portfolio Analysis, Performance, Reporting, Risk Models, Analytics Production solutions, Portfolio Optimizers, FactSet Programamtic Environment and Backtesting.  Become an internal resource as a subject-matter expert. Increase client awareness about FactSet’s front and middle office solutions. Create tailored product demonstrations to highlight value add of analytics products to meet specific investment management needs. Manage and run effective trials to ensure our best chance at a successful opportunity win. Organize and prioritize feedback for enhancements to Product Management that will help FactSet to maintain its competitive advantage. Build expertise in FactSet’s competitor landscape (BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, MSCI, Morningstar, etc). Organize and prioritize feedback for Product Development, suggesting enhancements that will maintain FactSet's competitive advantage. Key Requirements: 2+ years of proven success in a sales and/or client facing role. Strong knowledge of our clients’ buyside analytics workflows and challenges. Subject matter expertise in FactSet’s suite of middle office solutions. Strong excel skills and willingness to learn python for practical client demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. Willingness to learn portfolio applications, the underlying calculations and related theories. Independent worker who will take initiative in all aspects of the role. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities. Excellent communication skills; confidence in presenting to groups and to senior client stakeholders. Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills. Excellent Finance knowledge is necessary.
