About the Project We are a growing education technology company creating engaging online content for parents and families. We are looking for a talented and creative video content creator who can produce high-quality, scroll-stopping Instagram Reels that capture attention and inspire engagement. This is a trial project involving three short-form videos. If the collaboration is successful, there will be ongoing opportunities for additional work and long-term partnership. Scope of Work Create three engaging social media reels (15–30 seconds each) that align with our brand tone and purpose Use existing footage, stock clips, or your own creative approach to bring the content to life Incorporate captions, text overlays, and transitions to make content visually dynamic and easy to understand Optimise each reel for Instagram and other short-form platforms Deliver content in the correct format and resolution for social media publishing Who We’re Looking For Proven experience creating short-form videos or reels that drive engagement on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual trends for social media Ability to edit efficiently using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Pro Eye for design, typography, and rhythm to keep viewers watching Experience or interest in education, parenting, or lifestyle content is a plus Reliable communication and ability to deliver high-quality work to deadlines What You’ll Get Clear creative direction and examples of tone and style Opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a growing education brand Flexibility to bring your own creativity and ideas to each project Project Timeline Initial trial project: 3 reels Delivery within 10–14 days from project start Potential for ongoing monthly content creation after successful completion How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: A short introduction about your experience creating social media video content Links to 2–3 examples of reels or short-form videos you have created A brief outline of how you approach creating engaging and educational short videos We are looking to start as soon as possible and are excited to find a creative partner who can help bring our social media presence to life.
