Eligibility

  • This position is open only to Australian residents or those with a valid work visa. Applicants who do not meet this criterion will not be considered.
  • The Infrastructure Engineer will design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager environments, ensuring secure and compliant endpoint experiences across diverse device ecosystems. This role is central to driving the organisation’s Microsoft Modern Workplace strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for MDM and MAM.
  • Configure and enforce device compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines.
  • Manage application packaging, deployment, patching, and updates through Intune.
  • Integrate Intune with Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and other security tools.
  • Provide operational support for enterprise endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android).
  • Collaborate with security and networking teams to ensure endpoint protection and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and implement proactive improvements.
  • Document infrastructure designs, procedures, and policies.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and recommend adoption of best practices.
  • Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong expertise with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MDM, MAM, Autopilot, and Conditional Access).
  • Solid knowledge of Azure AD (identity management, RBAC, and group policies).
  • Experience managing Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android devices in hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security (encryption, MFA, compliance baselines).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across devices, applications, and connectivity.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
