- 3 month contract (potential extension)
- $41.13 + super per hour
- Council Car provided (as you will need to travel to other locations)
- To provide high level Service Desk service to all levels of Council staff within service and fault restoration targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Register requests from customers.
- Solve user problems involving PC’s, peripherals, network and access to servers.
- Provides first and second level support over the phone and in person.
- Provide a system administration service including user logon facilities such as passwords and directory creation.
- Refer more complex requests to appropriate third level support
- Document and maintain Service Desk procedures.
- Maintain, analyse, and report on statistics of user requests.
- Install hardware and software as necessary.
- Carry out projects such as PC/laptop upgrade and software upgrade.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support from the Broadmeadows office, Craigieburn office and other Council offices.
