Influencer Specialist / Manager
This specialist role requires a creative and strategic thinker, with end to end project management skills and a deep knowledge of the Influencer marketing landscape. You will be experienced in planning and developing influencer marketing solutions, and developing and implementing campaign strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
Responsibilities might include:
• Developing, executing, optimising and monitoring effective influencer marketing campaigns and always on strategies to reach campaign KPIS and drive business growth across the portfolio across all key social platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat.
• Driving, implementing and optimising Paid Media campaigns in social and Influencer campaigns.
• Leading the development of creative briefings, assets, including ideation, copy and posting cadence.
• Acting as the brand guardian, developing and ensuring consistent portrayal of brands across all Influencer social channels.
• Lead reporting, analysis and insights to drive both paid, organic social and Influencer strategies.
• Campaign performance forecasting, budgeting process and allocation with client and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiating Influencer rates and packages.
• Monthly budget reconciliation and invoicing.
• Establishing and maintaining strong connections with Influencers and social partners to drive platform and product integration
• Driving the way of working between client team and the Influencer, content and social teams, ensuring communication lines are clear and open
• Where relevant, consulting and inputing into client strategy and planning including provision of relevant data and recommendations around Influencer initiatives
Salary - $85k-105k package
All of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.

Senior Influencer Specialist / Manager
In this role as lead on our Influencer Marketing strategies, your main priorities are to lead the team of Influencer Specialists to drive optimal performance, indentify and drive new Influencer marketing opportunities and ultimately delivery success for our clients.
Responsibilities might include:
• Developing, executing, optimising and monitoring effective influencer marketing campaigns and always on strategies to reach campaign KPIS and drive business growth across the portfolio across all key social platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat.
• Driving, implementing and optimising Paid Media campaigns in social and Influencer campaigns.
• Leading the development of creative briefings, assets, including ideation, copy and posting cadence.
• Acting as the brand guardian, developing and ensuring consistent portrayal of brands across all Influencer social channels.
• Lead reporting, analysis and insights to drive both paid, organic social and Influencer strategies.
• Campaign performance forecasting, budgeting process and allocation with client and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiating Influencer rates and packages.

• Maintaining a level of quality assurance and holding the team accountable for delivering campaigns and execution with precision.
• Active knowledge sharing within the team and wider departments.
• Overseeing the executional team on a daily basis including establishing cadence of WIPs and training, and oversee resource allocation.
• Establishing and maintaining strong connections with Influencers and social partners to drive platform and product integration
• Driving the way of working between client team and the Influencer, content and social teams, ensuring communication lines are clear and open
