About the company
At Mventech, we are redefining the future of mining through innovative engineering solutions. Guided by our moto "Supercharging the next frontier in mining", we deliver cutting-edge strategies, designs, and technologies that create value for all our stakeholders. Mventech's head office is located in Centurion, South Africa, with additional offices in Stellenbosch, Perth, and Brisbane. With a global presence and a rapidly expanding footprint in Australia, our expertise spans Turn-Key Project Execution, Engineering & Design, and Operational Strategy - all aimed at driving safety, efficiency, and productivity for clients worldwide.
We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our Perth based team and support the technical delivery of high-impact projects for some of the world's leading mining companies. This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of mining innovation in a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment where you’ll tackle complex challenges and make a real impact
About the role
Our technical delivery teams focus on the planning, design, optimisation, and operation of interconnected mine and industrial systems such as logistics networks, materials handling, energy systems, and production workflows. We understand the performance characteristics of complex processes, equipment, and supply chains, and how these interact within large integrated operations such as mines, plants, and processing facilities.
With new technologies emerging, our team collaborates with customers and partners across the globe to turn vision into reality. In this role, you will be part of our growing engineering department, working with some of the largest mining clients in the world. Proper systems and industrial engineering design is often undervalued during project development, and we need your help to challenge the status quo by delivering efficient, fit-for-purpose solutions.
The Industrial Engineer will play an integral role in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical, safety, and operational requirements. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, using data-driven approaches to optimise systems, reduce waste, and improve productivity across projects.
