About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our team and contribute to both plant operations and on-site project delivery. This position is central to improving workflows, optimising resource utilisation, and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient duct fabrication and installation. The role combines engineering analysis, process improvement, and administrative support across manufacturing and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Review project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate material orders and production plans.
• Supervise and support the manufacture of HVAC ductwork at our Seven Hills facility, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier management, and inventory control for fabrication and installation projects.
• Manage invoicing, budgeting, and project documentation to support financial and operational efficiency.
• Plan and oversee the logistics of ductwork and materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
• Support installation teams with resource allocation and technical coordination on construction projects.
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and workflow optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards in both plant and site operations.

Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in HVAC, construction, or manufacturing.
• Proven experience in process optimisation, resource planning, and project coordination.
• Strong skills in administration, invoicing, and financial control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong communication abilities; English fluency required, Spanish highly regarded.
