We’re developing a sealed, single-use, low-cost, self-heating burger can that grills a frozen beef patty with cheese and warms the buns and condiments using an internal CaO + H₂O exothermic heater. The goal: a fully stacked, ready-to-eat burger requiring only one user action, with no contact with heat or chemicals, using metal and paper materials only (no plastics). You’ll refine the current mechanical concept into a mass-producible industrial design that’s safe, manufacturable, and low-cost (~A$0.30–0.40 per unit).
