Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 inclusive of superannuation
Location: Office location will be determined dependent on the right applicant, as we have offices based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane

Overview of Implementation & Activation
?The Implementation & Activation team is responsible for delivering best-in-class implementation planning and activation for clients. Our Implementation & Activation team are fully embedded within our EssenceMediacom client teams, and accountable to the clients they work on.
The scope of the Implementation & Activation team covers the Implementation Planning and Activation of all media channels and touchpoints, with a focus on delivering connected, audience-first client outputs. Within the team, we have some team members who work across all channels and both implementation planning & activation, and others who specialise and work across a more focused scope of work, (for example, Performance specialists who work across Social & Search).

Overview of role
?The Implementation & Activation Executive is a crucial role within the team, providing the foundations for success for our clients. You are responsible for all aspects of campaign implementation, optimisation, monitoring, and reporting. Working very closely with your manager, you will produce best-in-class solutions, offer unparalleled service and deliver against targets.?
The role involves the application of specialist technical skills.
Role Responsibilities
Clients??
Grow your understanding of client challenges, objectives & initiatives. ?
Help build on the agency's reputation for outstanding client service. ?
Clear understanding of the in-scope services of your clients and the process for completing work above and beyond.?
Grow and develop relationships with clients at a junior level, as it relates to implementation planning &. activation?
Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.?
Product??
Engage with our media partners to build knowledge of the media landscape and understanding of core media principles and the capabilities of each media touchpoint.?
Engage with internal product teams including GroupM proprietary solutions teams to ensure you have an understanding about their offerings and relevance to our clients.?
Bring innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market.?
Activate approved media plans, ensuring campaign deliverables are met consistently, across all touchpoints. Book, load, confirm, traffic, optimise, track and post analyse client media campaigns, applying insightful context and immaculate attention to detail throughout.?
Support the construction of insightful and progressive post analysis reports. ?
Responsible for ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including bookings and loadings, account queries and monthly proforma checks.?
Seek to find, communicate, and implement improvements in all aspects of the role.?
Dedicate time to self-learning through reading industry publications, research papers and online courses (including Craftmasters, GroupM University and MFA)
