• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the infrastructure support team, managing workloads, setting priorities, and acting as the primary escalation point.

• Modern Workplace Management: Oversee the administration and optimization of our Office 365 tenant (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

• Endpoint Management: Drive our endpoint strategy, managing Windows 11 devices through co-management using Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, Conditional Access) and SCCM (OSD, patching, application deployment).

• Server Infrastructure: Manage and maintain our on-premise and cloud server environment, specializing in Windows Server 2019/2022 (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Virtualization).

• Service Management: Implement and uphold ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Strategy & Projects: Contribute to infrastructure strategy, roadmap planning, and lead technical projects for system upgrades, migrations, and improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a team lead or senior infrastructure role.

• Expert-level knowledge of Office 365 administration and security.

• Deep technical expertise in endpoint management using both Microsoft Intune and SCCM.

• Strong experience deploying and managing Windows 11 in an enterprise setting.

• Extensive hands-on skills with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and related services.

• ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification and practical experience in an ITIL-based environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, IaaS, Networking) certifications.

• Advanced PowerShell scripting.

• Experience with network infrastructure (firewalls, switching).
