To keep our creative teams focused on delivering outstanding architectural projects, we are seeking an ICT Customer Support Officer to provide vital technology support across the studio with a focus on the development of ArchiCAD.
Why This Role Matters
The role is responsible for supporting the deployment and upkeep of IT infrastructure, offering guidance, education and development, and providing effective resolution of technical problems.

Key Duties
• Identify and assess hardware and software needs to provide effective IT solutions for design and project workflows.
• Customise and adapt existing programs to meet the FJC business requirements.
• Install, configure, and maintain essential design infrastructure
• Ensure efficient and reliable use of applications, systems, and office equipment.
• Implement and support secure computer networks to facilitate collaboration.
• Respond to staff inquiries and resolve technical issues related to software.
• Provide IT support services, which may include remote or call centre–style assistance.
About You
• Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years’ experience in ICT support.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with design-related software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe) essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

• Salary range for the position is $75k to $100k net. The position is a full time permanent position.
