Responsible for: Developing and implementing technology systems to optimize business processes and maximize profits for the company.

Key Duties:

_Conduct comprehensive analysis to define configuration specifications and identify business technological requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
_Develop and implement best practices and optimized processes to enhance system methodologies, improving overall business operations.
_Run system tests to monitor performance, ensuring systems operate efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
_Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to determine best practices and guidelines for system functionality, ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
_Prepare detailed training documentation and organize formal training sessions, workshops, and seminars to facilitate system adoption across the organization.
_Continuously update knowledge of the latest IT trends, technologies, and business processes to provide innovative solutions and keep systems up to date.
_Apply process and data modelling techniques to develop, implement, and manage system software, ensuring systems are aligned with business objectives.
_Leverage IT resources effectively to create tailored solutions that meet organizational requirements and drive efficiency.
_Propose actionable recommendations to upper management on improving systems and processes to maximize business profitability.
_Maintain accurate, comprehensive records of technical and business information, ensuring transparency and efficient data management.
_Regularly engage with users to gather feedback, address challenges, and ensure smooth system functionality and user satisfaction.
_Conduct research to identify opportunities for improving systems performance, efficiency, and scalability.
_Collaborate with technical specialists, including systems analysts and developers, to optimize and enhance system functionalities in line with business needs.
_Oversee the budgeting and planning of resources for system-related projects to ensure efficient use of resources and successful project completion.
_Monitor system development and implementation processes to ensure timely, within-scope project delivery, aligned with business requirements.

Performance Appraisal: Three months after the starting date, then half yearly or when required.

Qualification & Requirements:

_Degree in computer science, or related field.
_Excellent troubleshooting skills.
_Analytical mindset.
_Exceptional interpersonal skills.
_Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
_Attention to detail.

Remuneration:

$100K + superannuation.
