o Define & Analyse business needs for financials and business requirements
o Proven experience of ERP solutions SAP (SAP S/4HANA) advance level Materials Management (MM), Sales Distribution (SD), and experience on Financial Accounting (FI) module
o Able to issue Purchase Order, create relevant Material Document list using SAP S/4HANA
o Leading, developing, and maintaining a detailed process to support all aspects of CAPEX financial support and forecasting across the varieties of programs.
o Support the continual improvement of financial and resource management processes, templates, workflows, tools, design, and implementation.
o Track and report monthly financial performance against the baseline.
o Compile and capture program budget and forecast estimates to completion.
o Review vendor costs against milestones.
o Monitor and co-ordinate the process for approval of milestone payments for vendors.
o Perform month-end closing activities - accrual and timely posting of correction journal.
o Maintain an audit trail of changes to the budget and approved use of contingency.
o Review risks and issues with Technical managers (AD level) and Senior technical designers verify items that may have an impact on the financial performance of the program, including any scope changes, vendor variations, or internal resource changes.
o Capture resource demand requirements across the Program and maintain resource supply information.
o Communicate requirements for business resources on the program with sufficient notice to minimise disruption to the business.
o Developing and maintaining projects funding tracker with company tools
o Track resource changes in the project, making sure any new hires and extensions align with the forecast
o Produce monthly forecast reports and month end review, tracking via SAP report.
o Understand financial forecast and variation from baseline
o Ability to provide value-added insight and analysis to variation
o Experience in Tender and project management coordination
o Working experience of Singapore and Australian corporate environments
o Payment / Invoicing related UAT support
o JIRA Dashboard and Big picture experience
