As we continue to grow and modernise our operations, we’re looking for a talented ICT Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving digital transformation across the business.

About the Role
The ICT Business Analyst will work across multiple departments to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll gather and analyse requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support the design and implementation of ICT systems that enhance efficiency, compliance, and growth. This role is full-time.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for ICT solutions.
• Support the implementation of ERP, CRM, and other core business systems.
• Analyse current processes and recommend improvements aligned with best practice.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with end-users.
• Develop user guides, process documentation, and support materials.
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure ICT solutions align with business goals, compliance, and data security standards.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems and business process mapping.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with change management and end-user training will be highly regarded.
