On behalf our client Brunel Energy , we are seeking experienced ICT Business Analyst. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders and project teams to identify business needs and translate them into system solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and recommend IT solutions.
• Develop user stories, process maps, and system documentation.
• Work with developers and testers to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Support system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and training for implemented systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and project delivery within Agile or Waterfall
• frameworks.

Skills and Experience Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in ICT business analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagement effectively.
• Knowledge of business process modelling, requirements gathering, and systems design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Base salary From $100, 000
Hourly Pay Rates excluding super: $50.70
