We’re looking for a freelancer who can quickly set up our marketing stack so everything runs smoothly from ads → CRM → Slack. What you’ll do: Create and manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) Google Adwords campaigns. Install tracking pixels and make sure conversions are tracked properly. Connect leads from ad platforms into our CRM Use Zapier or 8n8 to automate workflows (e.g. new lead → CRM → Slack notification). Keep everything clean, tagged, and easy to track. Share simple reports on performance (CPC, CPL, conversions). What we’re looking for: Someone with proven experience running LinkedIn and Meta campaigns. Solid Zapier skills and experience connecting CRMs + Slack. Detail-oriented: no leads should fall through the cracks. Can move fast and document the setup so we can manage ongoing. Nice to have: Experience with healthcare, SaaS, or compliance industries. Project type: One-time setup with possible ongoing optimisation work. Remote / flexible hours.
