• What You’ll Do

• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
• Support and deliver employee and leader development, cultural programs and workshops
• Respond to employee queries with care and professionalism
• Maintain accurate people data and reporting insights to support decision-making
• Drive consistency and compliance in HR systems and processes
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement across the site

• What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
• Experience across employee relations, investigations, and performance management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
• Previous FIFO or mining industry experience is highly regarded though not essential
• Current Driver’s Licence
