Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Post jobs ads
- Assist with screening candidates
- Coordinate schedules and arrange interviews
- Assist with the onboarding process; background checks, eVerify etc
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and escalating issues to management while guiding them through HR policies and procedures.
Benefits:
- Assist with administering employee benefits programs and ensuring employees understand their benefits packages.
Training & Development:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of training programs, ensuring compliance with multiple state regulations.
Administrative Duties:
- Support payroll and financial data entry.
- Prepare reports.
- Maintain employee files/assist with employee file audits.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Pay range: $28-$32 per hour

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Paylocity HRIS experience preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
