We are seeking a detail-oriented HubSpot user to support CRM and marketing operations. You will work with an experienced HubSpot Solutions Partner to ensure smooth client operations. You’ll work alongside an experienced HubSpot Solutions Partner and help keep our clients’ systems running smoothly. What you’ll do: Set up and manage properties, forms, emails, and message templates Spot issues, troubleshoot, and self-solve wherever possible Collaborate on campaigns and workflows with a strong eye for design and usability Support data hygiene and testing to ensure things work as intended What we’re looking for: Hands-on experience with HubSpot basics: properties, forms, email tools, templates Great attention to detail and consistency Curious, resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative Strong sense of visual layout and brand alignment Preferably based in Australia or New Zealand, or able to work effectively within AU/NZ time zones Nice to have: Familiarity with workflows, lead scoring, or reporting Experience in B2B SaaS or professional services If you’re eager to grow your HubSpot skills and enjoy figuring things out independently, we’d love to hear from you.
