We are looking for an experienced CRM/Data Specialist to help clean, update, and organise our company's data inside HubSpot. This project involves reviewing all existing company records, removing duplicates, updating missing information using WooCommerce data, and properly linking contacts and deals. Scope of Work: You will be responsible for the following tasks: Remove Duplicate Companies - Identify and merge duplicate company records in HubSpot. - Ensure no loss of associated contacts, deals, or activity history. - Update Store Addresses (Using WooCommerce Data) - Pull the correct billing/shipping address from WooCommerce. - Update the company’s address fields in HubSpot. - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all fields. Update Lead Status Based on Last Order Date - Review each company’s associated WooCommerce orders. - Update the Lead Status in HubSpot according to our rules (will be provided). - Update Country & State Fields - Ensure all companies have complete Country and State information. - Fill in missing details using WooCommerce records or other available data. - Link Contacts to Companies - If a company has no contact associated, check WooCommerce for orders belonging to that company. - Link the correct contact(s) to the company in HubSpot. - Link Deals to the Correct Records - When linking a new contact to a company, ensure any deals connected to the contact are also properly associated with the company. Requirements: - Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM (Companies, Contacts, Deals). - Experience with WooCommerce data, order exports, and matching customer info. - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Ability to work independently and efficiently. - (Bonus) Experience with HubSpot Automation or Operations Hub. Deliverables: - A fully cleaned and updated Companies list in HubSpot. - All duplicates merged. - All addresses, lead statuses, country/state fields updated. - All contacts and deals properly linked to the correct companies. A brief summary report of the work completed. - If you have experience with CRM data cleaning and WooCommerce integrations, we’d love to hear from you.
