We need an experienced HubSpot expert to design, automate, and optimise our broker and customer communication workflows. Project Scope: Audit current HubSpot setup and pipelines Build automated workflows for broker onboarding, deal tracking, and customer updates Create professional email/SMS templates for each stage (enquiry, offer, funding, repayment) Implement lead assignment, status updates, and notifications Design dashboards for deal pipeline, broker performance, and communication metrics Deliver a simple “HubSpot Playbook” and handover training Requirements: Proven HubSpot Sales/Marketing Hub experience Skilled in workflow automation, templates, and lifecycle setup Experience with finance, lending, or B2B SaaS preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Outcome: A clean, automated HubSpot system that drives end-to-end deal management, professional communication, and reporting.
