Scope Summation: To summarize, the full build would include: * Sales process design (deal stages, stage exit criteria, tasks, automation) - largely completed. * Lead scoring model (fit + engagement scoring to prioritize reps’ focus). * Automated communications tied to deal stage (emails/SMS triggered as leads progress). * Two pipelines: Sales and Service. * Two contact types: Patients and Practitioners (with properties and segmentation). * Dedicated Patient Pipeline with its own automation for nurturing, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
