This project will be awarded as a fixed-price contract (in AUD). The final fixed fee must be agreed before commencement of work. Project Overview We are seeking an experienced HubSpot specialist to complete a full implementation of our Portfolio Consultation Pipeline in HubSpot. This will involve building out the full pipeline and workflows across Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub. We currently hold HubSpot Pro licences for all hubs, and require the contractor to deliver a fixed-price implementation. Deliverables Based on our attached documentation (“HubSpot Consultation Pipeline” and “Portfolio Consultation Pipeline – Complete HubSpot Implementation Package”), the scope includes but is not limited to: Pipeline Build & Configuration Set up the Portfolio Consultation Pipeline with all required stages, fields, and automation. Configure deal properties and lifecycle stages aligned to our consultation process. Implement ticketing/service workflows where specified. Workflows & Automation Build workflows to manage consultation bookings, follow-ups, reminders, and task assignments. Automate handoffs between Sales, Service, and Operations teams. Ensure data consistency across contacts, deals, and companies. Task & Notifications Configure HubSpot tasks and automated notifications for team members. Ensure alignment of task ownership with sales and service responsibilities. Dashboards & Reporting Create dashboards that allow visibility into consultation progress, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Configure reporting to align with Sales and Service management KPIs. Marketing & Client Engagement Integrate HubSpot Marketing Pro features into the pipeline flow (email automation, follow-up sequences). Ensure leads and prospects are nurtured through aligned campaigns. Testing & QA Provide end-to-end testing of the pipeline and automation. Deliver documentation of the workflows and structures built. Ensure smooth handover with a short training/walkthrough session for our internal team. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency with HubSpot Sales, Service, Marketing, and Operations Pro. Strong track record of building pipelines, workflows, and automation in HubSpot. Experience integrating multi-team processes (Sales, Service, Operations, Marketing). Must provide a fixed price contract in AUD. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clean documentation and handover.
