This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the National HSEQ Manager across items such as ISO compliance, and safety related responsibilities. Tasks and Qualifications: Your responsibilities: Administer our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system (Donesafe), including employee movements, incident tracking, training, and audit reporting. Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with WHS and ISO standards, managing documentation, records, approvals, and contributing to internal ISO audits. Actively assist in a variety of projects, from planning and data collection to execution and reporting, supporting key safety and environmental initiatives. Coordinate safety related training programs (e.g., Forklift, First Aid), maintain comprehensive training registers, and draft impactful communications and toolbox talks to inform and educate staff. Prepare and obtain applicable approvals on a variety of reports, ensuring data integrity and contributing to presentations for various stakeholders. Act as the primary contact for external contractor platforms, oversee document uploads, induction processes, and maintain the accuracy and currency of certificates and business documentation. Requirements for success: Previously completed, or currently pursuing studies in Business Administration or a related field desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) with the ability to learn new systems. Robust interpersonal communication, both written and verbal to ensure clear messaging and development of strong relationships internally and externally. Demonstrated organisational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities.
