HR / Recruitment Coordinator – Laverton North

$90,000 – $100,000 + super | Directly reporting to the GM

We’re on the lookout for an HR Coordinator who’s confident across the day-to-day fundamentals but also keen to get involved in projects and continuous improvement. You’ll be partnering closely with managers and employees, providing advice and support, and helping shape HR initiatives that genuinely make a difference.

In this role you’ll:

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries, coaching and supporting managers and employees
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
• Oversee contracts, policies, HR documentation and compliance
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Interpret Enterprise Agreements and provide practical IR advice
• Partner with leaders to roll out HR strategies across the business

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years’ experience in an operational HR role (blue collar industry experience highly regarded)
• Someone proactive, personable and ready to take ownership
