- Job Description
- This is a great opportunity for an aspiring HR enthusiast to join the ANZ HR team and the NBCUniversal Internship Program. This role will report into the HR Coordinator ANZ, supporting the wider HR team with programs and initiatives.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for the delivery of virtual and in-person people & culture plans for ANZ.
- Generate HR communications in line with brand guidelines and excitement for upcoming events.
- Assist in the planning of Learning & Development initiatives across the business.
- Provide support to the HR team on employee lifecycle processes and actions.
- Utilise data and research to improve the employee experience.
- Participate in ideation and creation sessions with the ANZ HR team to solve local problems for people
- Collaborate with the HR team in maintaining updated personnel files.
- Review and regularly update the employee portal with upcoming events and important communications.

- Qualifications
- Basic Requirements
- Proficient in Canva, MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Well organised with great prioritisation skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Clear communication skills

- Passionate about the Film industry.
- Currently undertaking university study in an HR discipline or relevant field.
