  • Job Description
  • Starting October 2025, you’ll play a support role in Recruitment, Training, and Engagement for a diverse team of 300. From assisting with onboarding to performance reviews, you’ll contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist with frontline recruitment by coordinating requisitions and ensuring documentation (e.g contracts) is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and distribute employee documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support employee development by prompting and tracking performance reviews, training attendance and coordinating exit interviews.
  • Ensure individual team member files are maintained and regularly updated, tracking data for accuracy and reporting purposes via HRIS system.
  • Assist in implementing communication initiatives to promote culture and engagement across the resort and wider community.
  • Support HR initiatives that contribute to employee retention, development, and engagement.
  • Track compliance records & renewals.
  • Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding experience that supports employee retention.
  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (penalty rates apply). The role offers flexible working hours and is based on-site at the resort. Commencement from October 2025.
  • Qualifications
  • HR qualifications and 12–18 months experience in a similar role, ideally within a hospitality environment
  • Sound knowledge of HR processes, including familiarity with industrial relations (IR) legislation
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite
  • Service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in a dynamic environment
  • Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships and environments
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills
  • Effective time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong personal integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the team
