We are seeking a People & Culture Advisor to be the operational backbone and first point of contact for our team members and leaders.
This role is integral to ensuring a positive and compliant employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle/
As the People & Culture Advisor, you will blend advisory expertise with essential operational support. Your key responsibilities will include:
Employee Lifecycle Management - Overseeing the seamless onboarding process for new hires. Processing internal movements and generating essential documents and contracts. Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all HR records and data across HR systems.
Advisory & Operational Support - Serving as the first point of contact, providing timely and accurate advice on HR policies, processes, and systems. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance and consistency. Managing day-to-day Employee Relations (ER) cases, including matters like abandonment of employment and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
Systems, Projects & Reporting - Proficiently navigating HRIS platforms (experience with SuccessFactors is highly regarded) and ticketing systems. Generating insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making and contributing to workforce planning activities. Supporting Key Projects.
