As an HR Adviser, you will provide practical HR guidance, support managers, and ensure compliance with workplace policies and employment laws. You will play a key role in employee relations, recruitment, and overall HR initiatives, contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees on workplace policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including preparing job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and facilitating induction programs.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives.

Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Support training and development initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role.

Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with HR systems and MS Office suite.
