We’re seeking experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisors to join our dedicated accommodation services team across a variety of properties.
As a key leader in our Housekeeping operations, you’ll support and guide the housekeeping team, uphold outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensure seamless daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Your Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining immaculate accommodation standards, supporting team performance, and ensuring guests enjoy a consistently clean and comfortable stay.
Hours of Work: Full Time - 76 hours per fortnight
Weekend work is required
Hours of work 7.30am to 5pm. 5 days per week,
Wage: $29.88 per hour
Where you’ll make an impact
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and support the Housekeeping Manager when required
• Coordinate and allocate room assignments to ensure timely and efficient cleaning
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety
• Train, mentor and support housekeeping team members in procedures, service standards and productivity
• Assist with roster preparation aligned with occupancy and operational needs
• Monitor stock levels, manage linen and amenities, and assist with inventory control
• Carry out administrative duties including reporting, logging maintenance requests and tracking productivity
• Support onboarding and performance development of new and existing team members
• Participate in departmental training programs and contribute to a positive team culture
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards at all times

To be successful, you will have:
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards
• Natural leadership skills with a focus on training, mentoring and developing team members
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Desirable)
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
