The HMC Group is seeking to a Housekeeping & Property Supervisor to join our team. Based in Kununurra, this full-time position is pivotal in ensuring the upkeep and presentation of our company accommodation as well as managing the movements in and out of the accommodation.

About the role
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of all company accommodation.
• Responsible to undertake all interior and exterior cleaning duties as required.
• Coordinating the movements in and out of company accommodation, including ensuring necessary documentation is completed and recorded.
• Allocations of rooms according to operational needs.
• Liaise with property managers regarding all property related queries and requirements.
• Undertake regular property inspections ensuring cleanliness and escalations of maintenance requirements.
• Assisting occupants with information required and coordination of key pick ups and drop offs.
• Coordination of uniforms for the Kununurra base.

About you:
• A minimum of 2 years in Commercial or Hotel/Motel Housekeeping Supervisor experience.
• Basic property maintenance skills.
• Physically capable of working in hot conditions.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise as well as work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning chemicals and practices.
• Posses Intermediate computer literacy, including competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Hold a current ‘C’ Class Drivers licence.
