About
We are looking for fulltime hotel service manager who can manage the multiple branches of our organization (Springfield Central, Annerley, Aspley) with great efficiency and deliver the best out come for the customers.
Below listed duties we would be expecting the experience and exaptation we are looking for.
• Responding to requests or complaints made by guests in a professional and polite manner in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Implementing procedures to improve services offered with the aim of attracting more customers.
• Ensures a focus on quality improvement is maintained and nurtured in all areas of service
delivery in consultation with Chefs, Cleaning and staff members
• Ensures regular food safety audits are completed and non-compliances are resolved
• Hiring and training staff in matters of professional conduct and ensuring that there is enough staff at all times by organizing staffing schedules efficiently.
• Supporting service personnel with questions posed by guests and taking over from the support staff if any issues arise.
• Understanding what guest expectations are and anticipating problems in order to prevent complaints.
• Acting as a link between guests and the hotel management.
• Attending meetings with management to discuss problems and strategies for improvement.
• Handling cash or payments made by credit card.
• Understanding safety and emergency procedures.
• Ensures regular audits in all areas of food and hotel service delivery are completed and
to meet food safety standards
• Contributes to ensuring the required documentation processes are followed and maintains
relevant documentation to meet standards.
• Supports hospitality staff to provide a flexible range of high-quality food services.
• Demonstrates a commitment to quality improvement and pro-actively supports employees to increase their knowledge and skills
Offered Salary would be $77000-80000/ Annum.
