Platinum Immigration, on behalf of the Three Moon Motel in Monto QLD are currently looking for a Hotel / Motel Manager on a full- time basis.

To be successful as part of this team you will have a strong team focus and be genuinely interested in leading and inspiring others to achieve.

This is a full-time role offering a 38-hour working week with two days off every week.

You will oversee the daily operations of the motel as well as provide strategic direction. The goal is to enhance customer dedication and expand the clientele by strengthening the motel’s reputation.

Responsibilities and experience:

Proven experience as Motel Manager or relevant role
Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Understanding of all motel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
Supervise work at all levels
Manage budgets and monitor sales / profits
Address customer complaints
Deal with maintenance issues and staff shortages
Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards

Skills:

Understanding of all motel management best practices
Working knowledge of MS Office
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
Tertiary qualification in Hotel / Hospitality Management or relevant field

Salary will be in the range of $76,000 - $90,000 plus super.
