Euroa Hotel, located in the heart of Euroa, Victoria, is a beautifully restored heritage hotel offering quality accommodation, a contemporary bistro, a sports bar, a family-friendly beer garden, and a drive-through bottle shop. Euroa Hotel has become a local landmark known for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and comfortable guest rooms. Currently, the business is seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the venue and ensure the smooth and efficient running of all hotel services.

• Position: Hotel Manager

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation

• Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage the day-to-day operations of accommodation, bistro, bar, and bottle-shop services.

• Develop and implement operational procedures, service standards, and budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff across accommodation, bar, and front-of-house departments.

• Oversee guest relations, ensuring exceptional service quality and prompt resolution of issues.

• Monitor financial performance including budgets, stock control, and expenditure.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health and safety.

• Promote the hotel through local marketing, partnerships, and event initiatives to increase bookings and patronage.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or Business (or equivalent experience).

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.

• Excellent financial management and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and lead a diverse team.

• Full working rights in Australia are mandatory.
