$75,000 – $ 80,000 (higher salary will be considered commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Manage full hotel/motel operations including front office, housekeeping, reservations and guest services.
*Recruit, induct, train, supervise and review performance of operational staff.
*Oversee budgets, revenue management, occupancy levels and financial reporting.
*Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS, fire safety, hygiene and brand standards.
*Coordinate supplier management, procurement, maintenance schedules and property presentation.
*Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and enhance guest retention.
*Respond to complex guest enquiries, complaints and VIP service needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

*Relevant AQF Diploma and minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
*A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience may substitute the qualification requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Supervise daily hotel service operations including reception, concierge, and guest experience activities.

*Train, guide and evaluate staff to maintain consistent service delivery and brand alignment.
*Respond to guest enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
*Assist with stock control, ordering, cost monitoring and operational reporting.
*Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, security and licensing requirements.
*Liaise across departments to support seamless operational coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:

*Plan, develop and execute menus, recipes and food production schedules.
*Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
*Manage stock rotation, ordering, supplier liaison and food cost control.
*Ensure compliance with food safety programs, hygiene standards and WHS protocols.
*Train and mentor cooks, apprentices and support kitchen staff.
*Inspect kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
*Oversee workflow during service periods to deliver timely and high-quality dishes.

Qualifications and Experience:

$75,000 – $77,000 (higher salary will be considered commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Prepare, cook and present menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
*Maintain hygienic and safe food-handling practices throughout preparation and service.
*Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
*Assist with stock rotation, basic ordering, inventory checks and minimising wastage.
*Support daily kitchen operations including mise-en-place and food preparation.
*Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures to maintain kitchen hygiene.
*Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

*AQF Certificate III including 2 years on-the-job experience, or Certificate IV.
*Applicants with formal qualifications must demonstrate at least 1 year of experience.
*A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience may substitute formal qualification requirements.

Housekeeper (ANZSCO: 811411 - Commercial Housekeeper)

$60,000 - $76,515 (higher salary will be considered commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:

*Perform and supervise cleaning duties across accommodation or commercial facilities.
*Allocate and coordinate daily cleaning schedules for housekeeping staff.
*Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, presentation and service standards.
*Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any repair or maintenance issues.
*Ensure compliance with WHS, chemical handling and workplace hygiene regulations.
*Train new staff in cleaning techniques and equipment use.
*Coordinate with management and other departments to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:
*AQF Certificate I in Cleaning or similar.
*1 year of previous commercial housekeeping experience required.
*Applicants with higher qualifications and experience will be considered for supervisory roles.
