• Job Description
• As the first and last point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience. You’ll be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and memorable welcome, ensuring guests are seated comfortably, and managing the flow of service through effective reservations and seating coordination.
• Key Responsibilities
• Warmly welcome and farewell all guests with genuine hospitality
• Maintain a well-organised and efficient host station, ensuring smooth communication with the service team.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries or special requests.
• Keep an up-to-date knowledge of menus, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest queries confidently.
• Assist with administrative duties such as confirming bookings and noting guest preferences.
• Qualifications

About You

• Two years previous experience as a host/hostess in a luxury or lifestyle establishment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and approachable manner
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Confident in using reservation and POS systems (training provided if required)
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and engaging in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
