The Role
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Hospitality Worker to join our front-of-house team on a
full-time, permanent basis. The role involves providing excellent customer service and supporting the
daily operations of our restaurant and market stalls. The position is based at our restaurant:

Key Responsibilities
• Greet, seat, and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Present menus and take food and beverage orders.
• Recommend food and drinks to complement meals.
• Serve beverages including coffee, wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Select and grind coffee, operate espresso machines, and prepare a range of espresso-based
beverages.
• Clear tables and return dishes, glasses, and cutlery to the kitchen.
• Handle cash and EFTPOS payments, issue receipts, and balance sales.
• Promote menu items and specials to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, coffee station, and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
• Comply with workplace health and safety and food handling standards.
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
Employment Details
• Type: Full-time, permanent
• Hours: 38–40 hours per week
• Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year plus superannuation. (Depending on experience)
