This is not a typical VA job. We’re looking for a proven professional who has solid, hands-on experience using the Property Stack (PS) PMS. This is non-negotiable — this role is not a training position. Applicants without direct PS experience will not be considered. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests, strong support to our property owners, and smooth back-end operations. We’re seeking a skilled Philippines-based Virtual Assistant to manage guest communication and admin tasks within Property Stack (PS) as we continue to grow. 💼 Key Responsibilities: * Work daily inside Property Stack (PS) to manage reservations, messaging, tasks, and reporting. * Provide warm, timely, and professional guest communication across PS, booking platforms, and direct channels. * Manage check-in/check-out details, guest queries, and resolution of common issues within PS. * Provide administrative support to business owners, including scheduling, updates, and process tracking. * Ensure all guest interactions and records are error-free, polite, and on brand. ✅ Requirements: * Property Stack proficiency (Mandatory) * Direct, proven experience using Property Stack (PS) for at least 6 months. * Reliable high-speed internet connection and hardware (laptop/PC, etc.) * Confident handling reservations, messaging, task creation, reporting, and issue tracking within PS. * Must be able to work independently inside PS with minimal guidance. General Requirements: * 18+ months’ experience as a Virtual Assistant with strong references. * Excellent written & spoken English – professional, clear, and confident. * Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented. * Technically proficient across a range of software. * Customer service mindset – hospitality experience highly regarded. * Located in the Philippines and comfortable working Australian hours. 🕒 Availability (Minimum): * 4 hours late Friday afternoon (AEST / Brisbane time) * 8 hours Saturday * 8 hours Sunday * 4 hours Monday morning 💰 Compensation: * USD $7.00–$7.80/hour (≈ AUD $10.70–$11.90/hour), based on experience and fit for the role. * Consistent weekly hours with strong potential to transition into a full-time position if your capabilities and fit are proven, and as we continue to scale. 💡 Why Work With Us: Stay SOHO is a family business, and we value long-term relationships with our team just as much as with our guests.
