The Role
We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to oversee the guest experience and day-to-day operations of our Airbnb listings. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a knack for delivering top-notch service. You’ll be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, prompt responses to inquiries, and a five-star experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Management: Handle all aspects of guest bookings, communication, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless experience.
Check-Ins & Check-Outs: Coordinate and sometimes personally manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth transition.
Listing Management: Maintain and update property listings on Airbnb, including pricing, descriptions, and photos.
Concierge Services: Offer personalized recommendations and support to guests, enhancing their stay.
Cleaning & Maintenance Coordination: Work with cleaning teams and maintenance providers to ensure properties are always in top condition.
Host Communication: Keep homeowners informed about bookings, property status, and any guest-related issues.
Review & Reputation Management: Encourage positive reviews and respond to guest feedback to maintain high ratings.
Operational Support: Assist with restocking supplies, troubleshooting guest issues, and improving efficiency in daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality, property management, or Airbnb hosting (preferred but not required)
Strong customer service and communication skills – you love engaging with people!
Highly organized and detail-oriented – you can juggle multiple tasks at once.
Problem solver – you stay calm under pressure and can quickly resolve guest concerns.
Tech-savvy – comfortable managing listings on Airbnb and using property management software.
Flexible and proactive – willing to be on-call for urgent guest needs.
A passion for travel and hospitality – you understand what makes a great guest experience.
