Mt Alma Organics requires 20 Australian Horticultural Labourers from March 2026 to December 2026, in the Burdekin Region North Queensland.

Summary of position:

Casual positions
9 months of work (workers must be available for the whole 9 months)
Planting, harvesting, packing and general crop management of fruit and vegetable crops
Please note the farm is in a rural area, with no public transport, and is located a 20 minute drive from the nearest town of Home Hill 4806.

These positions are physically demanding with ongoing periods of hot and humid weather so workers will need to be physically fit and accustomed to outdoor, physical work. Relevant experience is highly regarded but not mandatory. Hours will be a minimum of 30 hours per week to be carried out over 5-6 days per week including weekends.
