Employment Basis

Full-time, permanent (38 hours/week)

Remuneration

AUD 75,000 - 80,000 p.a. plus 12% superannuation, uniform allowance and access to on-site amenities

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement individual and group training programs for performance, dressage and jumping horses

- Monitor and record horse health, fitness and behavioural progress

- Conduct breaking-in, lunging, long-reining and ridden work

- Prepare horses for competition, sales and public demonstrations

- Maintain stable facilities, equipment and feed schedules in line with biosecurity protocols

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Demonstrated certification in equine training or equine science

- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in a professional training yard

- Proficiency in classical and modern riding disciplines (dressage, showjumping, race-pace)

- Strong understanding of equine anatomy, nutrition and welfare standards

- Current NSW driver’s licence and riding proficiency certificate
